Surrounded by well established bathhouses and spas, the recently renovated Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa required a completely different website than their competition.

It needs to encourage change, attract high volume tourism to the Hepburn shire, promote the range of facilities and services on offer while bring a new excitement to the area.

Whilst looking sophisticated and adapting to the new brand, the website must encourage bookings through an easy to use online form as well as offer packages, special offers and search optimisation techniques.

All to ensure the new facility attracts a large volume of individuals, couples, locals and corporates to this amazing and relaxing area of Victoria.

Response

Once competitor research was completed, we noticed that almost all competitor websites took on a very similar look, offering and setup. We wanted to make sure Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa stood out from the pack.

Designed with natural earth colours, the style is sleek, professional, elegant and warm - typical spa resort colours are not even used. The curvy nature of the site takes on the curvy nature of the human body whilst large animated panels ensures visitors understand the offering and engage with the facility.

Over 80% of the site's content can be managed in-house by Hepburn Bathhouse staff - easily updating special offers, packages and images.

Built entirely in search optimised code, the website is developed to allow flexibility as well as attract the right target market to the area.
