Melbourne Victory approached the [id] host department with the need to shift their existing internal email server structure to a more reliable, secure and robust hosting solution.

With over 25 existing email accounts being managed internally, we developed a process to migrate one email account per day over a month. This ensured email accounts were migrated successfully before switching the MX records (used for pointing domain names to the right server on the internet).

The approach and migration was successful. Melbourne Victory can now properly manage new email account installations effortlessly with a dedicated hosting solution based in our Sydney data centre.
