[id] suggested a monthly email newsletter branded "CHM Insider" which is sent to all internal stakeholders that then disperse it to their clients. The content is swift, quick and informative - keeping everyone on the pulse of exercise, fitness and well-being.

The [id] broadcast system allows the CHM team to see who has opened it, when and how many times. It also allows head office to check all email accounts are in working order and update the subscriber database when required.
